Cold Winter’s Night
Pics from Crosstown Station Exhibit
I didn’t manage to get all my work scanned before I hung it on the walls at Crosstown Station. I’ll have better photos after the first of December -there’s about 7 or 8 new works I haven’t shown you here yet that I’m pretty excited about – you can see some of them in this picture!

“Heavy Things” Print in Etsy’s Holiday Gift Guide!
I was excited to find out last night that my print of my original paper cutting titled “Heavy Things” has been included in Etsy’s Holiday Gift Guide! According to Etsy, “The Gift Guides are hand picked by Etsy staff from hundreds of thousands of items available.” Yay!
Something else really cool about this: I’m a little bit excited that my print is parked right next to that of Julia Pott! I’ve been a fan of her illustration and animation work for a very long time – she’s at the top of my browser bookmark list which has become quite long, and I enjoy checking up on her to see what she has going on. Her work is quite fun and whimsical and sweet and all kinds of things. CLICK HERE and SEE!
I also want to say THANK YOU to Jen, aka, belaluna, over at Etsy for giving me the heads up that I was in the Gift Guide as well as so many nice, warm, encouraging words about my artwork. Hi Jen! Thank You! She has a wide variety of lots of really cool things in her shop – beautiful jewelry, really spectacular photographs, fuzzy knit things! To make her all the cooler, she donates 10% of her sales to animal causes. It’s almost Christmas folks, I reckon paying her a visit might do you some good! <-Click.
