Regarding New York – Stop Motion Animation

This is a quick little stop-motion animation (that doesn’t make much sense) that I made using my lightbox that I bought.. last year.. to make animations.. It’s been a few years (7, cough, cough) since I touched anything of the sort. It feels good to be doing something with it. Animation is, afterall, the way I got into cut paper art. There shall certainly be more to come. Check out my other animation, Turtle’s Escape, here: https://ruralpearl.com/blog/?page_id=454

Stream of Thought

Stream of Thought

Digital collage with cut paper elements. This is another test design I did for something awhile back that’s been sitting in a folder ever since. I kind of like the concept and might have to do something on a larger, more detailed scale.

Keep St. Joe Weird

Thank you to Cory Stephens for featuring me on “Keep St Joe Weird” – a website “documenting, promoting & celebrating the locally-owned shops, unique bands, artists and people that make St Joseph, MO a weird little citytown.” Check out their FB page here: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Keep-St-Joe-Weird/440241675625?v=info.
