Still at work on this bad boy. Excuse me for being so absent from my blog-a-log. Between being snowed in and working on an exciting project (show you soon!) — I’ve fallen off the blogwagon. Lots of things in progress, really. Trying to crank out an animation over the next couple days if I can come up with it…, plus, I’m busy getting work together for my Omaha exhibit. I have one of my zoetropes halfway built – more details about that to come. If it works out well, I’ll be making two more. Back to the grind, back on the wagon!

I was honored to have been asked to do this paper cutting (and prints) of the Statue of Justice inside the Kansas Judicial Center in Topeka as gifts for each of the judges on the Court of Appeals. The 34 stars and sunrise are inspired by the Kansas State Seal. 5 x 7 inches.
