I did however manage to run three miles and clean my kitchen AND my workroom this morning (note: after the last three weeks of show prep, the state of affairs in here was mighty horrendous.. cleaning is always easy when you have other pressing things to do). I also had breakfast on my deck with my squirrels and birds- I&#8217;m currently being visited by chickadees, a nuthatch, a Flicker, a pair of cardinals, a bluejay, mourning doves and grackles &#8212; I&#8217;m a total bird nerd, among other kinds of nerd.
