Project:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>Animated\u00a0sequences for documentary, Daughters of the Forest, which aired on PBS (Global Voices) in 2016<\/p>\n Year:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>2015<\/p>\n Description:<\/strong>\u00a0The director approached me to create short animated sequences in my silhouette style to tie together scenes. I also created animated motion graphics and titles. Characters and scenery cut out of paper and animated\u00a0using Dragonframe for motion capture. Motion graphics created in Adobe After Effects. Edited in Adobe Premiere.<\/p>\n Synopsis:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>(from\u00a0http:\/\/daughtersoftheforest.com\/)\u00a0DAUGHTERS of the FOREST tells the powerful, uplifting story of a small group of girls in one of the most remote forests left on earth who attend a radical high school where they learn to protect the threatened forest and forge a better future for themselves. Set in the untamed wilds of the Mbaracay\u00fa Reserve in rural Paraguay, this intimate verit\u00e9 documentary offers a rare glimpse of a disappearing world where timid girls grow into brave young women even as they are transformed by their unlikely friendships with one another.
