Some Groovy New Announcements

Coming up on March 20 at the Madrid Theater in Kansas City, I’ll be selling my wares at the Gypsy Emporium. It’s a new recurring event organized by Therese Livella of HarvestOfPeace.com. Something a little different and surely interesting and fun with music, food, belly dancers, etc… Come by! 10am – 4pm.

I’m also proud to announce that as of today, I am a card carrying member of the Guild of American Papercutters. Check out the organization’s website at papercutters.org.

I’ve got a solo paper cutting exhibit coming up on Dec. 3 through Jan. 7, 2011, at the Carnegie Arts Center in Leavenworth, KS. There will be an opening reception Friday, Dec. 3. I’ll update more when time draws nearer.

I’m also plotting out some ideas for a paper cutting class to teach at the Carnegie Arts Center in Leavenworth, KS. If you are in the area and are interested in taking a class, know folks who would be interested, or have some ideas of what you’d like to learn in class, shoot me an email (angela [at] ruralpearl [dot] com).
